Hello, friends!
Trying something new always interesting for me and it always makes me exciting, that's why that day when me and my bestie went for a brunch i tried something new. Yes, both of the food and beverage i had that day means new experience for me and how it went?
Besides this coffeeshop where we had the brunch was a reference from her, my bestie, she said, it had the best cinnamon thing and affogato you could find... Wasn't she right?
Well, let's check it out!
It was almost 11 am when we arrived to the coffeeshop that day. The coffeeshop named Cinnamons & Coffee which was correctly described the specialities that they had, cinnamon bread and coffee.
From the outside, the coffeeshop looked cozy with yellow light and it seemed quite spacy too.
They showed off the food they had in the showing case, but the food i mean of course not a main dish one. They were pastries, breads or even cakes which you could enjoy with their coffee and even non coffee drinks.
Like you could see, for the bread they had original cinnamon, apple cinnamon bread, blueberry cinnamon, raisin cinnamon, cappuccino cinnamon, tiramisu cinnamon, hazelnut almond, cheese chocolate, chocolate almond, almond cinnamon, chocolate banana, chocolate chip, double chocolate, cheese and beef n cheese. They also had muffin bar in strawberry, apple, and cheese choices.
For the muffin cup they had variants in choco, choco chip, choco banana, banana, blueberry, and cheese.
They also still had chicken pastry, beef pastry tuna pastry and even zuppa soup.
Beside the food, they also had drinks, of course. For the choices of drink, they had coffee base menus like espresso, cappuccino, americano, cafe latte, latte flavour, mochaccino, flat white, affogato, caramel machiato and ice berg latte.
They aso had coffee blended like frappe coffee, oreo mocha and mocha.
Plus if your stomach couldn't stand for coffee, like mine, you could choose their non coffee choices such as chocolate, green tea latte, milk, milk tea, tea tarik, lemon tea, tea, orange juice, and mineral water. Plus they had non coffee blended too like chocolate, green tea, milkshake, and vanilla.
Inside, the dining area was spacy and cozy. It had yellow bright light with square area. The chairs and tables neatly put at its' place. The color of this cafe was neutral, wood natural color and light grey. All of the chairs were soft, even some were sofas.
After we ordered and paid then there ours.
My bestie's was on the left. She ordered affogato and apple cinnamon bread.
While me, i tried their green tea latte and apple cinnamon bread.
Let's dig in to my new experience then...
Let me tell you about the drink first, GREEN TEA LATTE.
I asked it to be served hot and they served it still in the tall glass, a bit weird cause usually they would put it in the smaller cup if we ordered the hot version. First when i tried it, the green tea felt strong with a touch of the blended latte there. So it was a unique combination of green tea and milk which i never tasted before.
I asked them to reduce the sugar but i made it wrong, the green tea latte was too bitter and i asked them for extra liquid sugar. Now that i poured it in my latte, i felt a bit relieved, now it tasted better, a bit sweet.
Overall i quite like the combination of green tea and latte so next time i might try it in another cafe.
While for the food, both of us ordered APPLE CINNAMON BREAD.
The bread was really soft even i could say smooth. Served warm and freshly baked, you could smell and taste the cinnamon from every bite. No wonder, they put the cinnamon powder all over it, couldn't you see? It tasted sweet with small taste of savory, so it was perfect. Plus it had apple bites on it too. So what are you waiting for?
So of course i highly recommend thie cafe if you want to come to a cozy cafe with coffee or non coffee accompanied with cinnamon bread!
