Armando was a 45 year old man, elegant, owner of several coffee shops in the city and of course he had a life full of luxuries. He was a lonely man, he never formed a family and always spent Christmas time traveling, visiting new cities, he had never worried about celebrating these dates and much less giving gifts, he did not have that spirit of sharing, of union, he did not believe in Christmas. He was a man who had many titles and very recognized in his city for being the best coffee taster and that allowed him to have a lot of money, however, to become what he is he spent all his youth studying and now he was enjoying what he had and living his quiet life.
A few months ago he began to notice how the employees of his cafeterias were preparing to receive Christmas, some were gathering the most money to buy the best Christmas gift for their young children, others for dinner, but he did not give it much importance, since he had no children to share with so he continued spending a lot of money on other things. Some of his friends asked him to borrow money to do the shopping, where his money was taken by the administrator, besides for Armando giving gifts at Christmas did not make sense, because he could give gifts any day of the year and for that part he did not show interest either.
Armando was an only child, he took care of all the expenses of his beloved parents, he visited them from time to time and when he appeared the nicest thing for him was to be able to sit in their dining room to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee made by his mother, because she put that touch of love and affection that every mother knows how to make, it was the richest coffee for Armando even though he could drink all the coffee he wanted in their cafeterias. He had several months without visiting them due to his various occupations and work trips.

The dates of Christmas were getting closer and closer, all his employees had their Christmas gifts ready, they were very excited and happy, however, Armando continued with his same lifestyle. He did not realize the reality and the importance of Christmas for many people, so on the recommendation of one of his best friends, he told him to make a journey for Christmas, his goal was to see many children smile this Christmas.
He was not very sure about this journey, since he did not like to share with children and much less give gifts, he was a little indecisive and did not know how to do it, so with the help of his friend and employees began to organize everything, during those days of great stress he began to feel a little tired and it was a little hard to breathe and all as a result of having spent many years smoking and now is that it was affecting his health. His life took an unexpected turn, he was no longer the powerful man, he was sick and had no one to support him and accompany him in his medical exams, his parents were far away from him and his friends could not attend him, he had many expenses.
The day of the event arrived, Armando bought more than 100 toys to give to every child that was walking the streets and in one of his coffee shops they were giving away cups of coffee to all the people. That day was something wonderful for him, he saw the happy faces of many children, how they played, ran, hugged him and many older gentlemen enjoying that delicious coffee, something that for them was a blessing. It was the happiest day for Armando, since he had finally used his money to give happiness to many children who did not have a Christmas present and he was sure that it was the best decision he had made.
He made that journey for a whole week, each time many more children arrived who were finally going to fulfill their dream of having a Christmas gift in their hands and to enjoy that delicious coffee. Armando understood the meaning of Christmas and of being able to give to those who need it most, without receiving anything in return and the joy of his employees when they gave their gifts to their children.

As the days passed and his health failed, however, many considered him to be a man with a big heart for bringing Christmas to many children and he is remembered for that gesture of generosity, even though he never had the opportunity to celebrate Christmas, however, he gave the best Christmas gift to many people.
