Been a while since i drank a coffee, and since i said wassup to the Cinnamon Coffee Crew.
Its another night, and another good moment that i can get the ol machine running, to make a delicious coffee. Although lately, I have been drinking much less coffee, mostly due to trying to improve my health.
Its a weird thing, but coffee seems to irritate my mouth a bit. Maybe im unlucky for that or its a sign that my body doesnt handle certain things as well as others. You know that, burnt your tongue feeling? Well, for past many years actually, i have noticed that my tongue gets little irritated by coffee, so ive been trying to limit my intake, in hopes to heal up.
Anyways, im at work, its a lucky 1 patient night, and im in need of getting a Post up, because im trying to keep up a routine of posting at least every couple days. Been a while since i said wassup, so here I am.
Cinnamon Coffee Cup Crew
Im in my usual location, usual setup of Keurig machine, and just a basic K-cup, with some good quality creamer. It works, its simple, and it mostly tastes good. I do have a french press here, and some ground Pikes Place (Starbucks coffee), that i can use for a future post.
Does anyone else like putting the creamer in first, getting that extra mix action from the drip.
and now that i got a full cup...
Time to strut around the lab and do a couple pictures with the Duck Mug. Which kinda represents me. Im a duck, and my head is only on half the time lol.
Im rocking a different shirt and pants this week, switching up my workplace attire a bit.
And the hallway, which for some reason always gives me an interesting perspective. The long hallway where we have 4 patient rooms, and our Tech room basically in the middle of the 4 rooms, all along this hallway.
Just my car waiting outside for me, cuz ill be ready to go home when that sun comes up.
Been jammin some cool retro music...
And i also went back to add a dash of cinnamon to my coffee in the honor of the community, cuz who doesnt love a lil cinnamon.
And with that note, im outta here. Lets keep our health up, cuz our health is our wealth.
