Feliz Miércoles amantes del Café, creo que esta es la única comunidad en la que de entrada saludo, mi estilo para crear contenido prefiere hacer una introducción para entrar luego de lleno en el tema, pero cuando se trata de café la alegría nos llena, y hay que saludar y con ganas, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes amantes del café, mi impresión acerca de un sitio que tenía rato viendo, pero no había tenido la dicha de probar su café y la selección de pasteles que ofrecen y ayer tuve el placer de probar.
Since a few months ago I decided to do my shopping in one of the branches of a famous supermarket chain called Forum, which is also a wholesaler, it has turned out that my money is more efficient, which is great because everything that can be saved can be invested in something else that is needed.
On the other hand, one of the things that caught my attention was that towards the area where the pre-packaged meat, chicken, pork, fish and charcuterie coolers are, there is a stand where they sell coffee and pastries, there are even some tables and a stand where there are breads of this chain for sale.
Desde hace unos meses decidí realizar las compras en una de las sedes de una famosa cadena de supermercados de nombre Forum, que también es mayorista, me ha resultado que el dinero me rinde mas, cosa que es genial pues todo que se pueda ahorrar se puede invertir en algo mas que haga falta.
Por otra parte, una de las cosas que llamo mi atención fue que hacia la zona donde están las neveras de preenvasados de carne, pollo, cerdo, pescados y charcutería hay un puesto donde venden café y pasteles, incluso hay algunas mesas y un puesto donde hay panes de esta cadena para la venta.

La atención es de primera, eso es muy importante si deseas hacer clientes y sobre todo conservarlos, el café que decidimos tomar fue marrón que no es más que café negro con un toque de leche, los chicos de Don Elías Café que es nombre de la cadena, son baristas como podrán notar en las fotos y uno lo piensa para agregar el azúcar y remover, acompañando al café venia una deliciosa galletita que estaba fresca y tenía el punto ideal de dulce.

Por otro lado el punto central, los cafés estaban exquisitos son preparados en maquinas exprés y de verdad los saben preparar, ni sobra ni falta, yo estaba chupándome los dedos, me llamo la atención que tienen un televisor que proporciona información de la cadena y resulta que en su cuenta de Instagram señalan que están presentes en todos los Supermercados Forum y en la descripción de su Bio señalan: Comida gourmet, panadería, pastelería y Buffe, lo que me hace recordar que en la vitrina también vi unos sándwiches que lucían apetitosos, además de que llamo me atención y me pareció genial, el que te lleven el pedio a la mesa en tablas de las que solemos usar para picar y están personalizadas con el nombre de la cadena, de manera muy delicada dándole un toque personal y único.
