It was the dream vacation for a coffee lover like me, I had a long time without traveling to enjoy my vacation in a different way, but with this opportunity I did not think twice and arranged everything to formalize the trip, since the package included the stay and guided tour in a coffee plantation and a town called Paraíso Café.

I was anxious to arrive, I wanted to see how much there was in the place, as I approached the hacienda I already felt happy, just to see all that land with so many coffee plants, I was in one of the places where the magic happens, I could see first hand part of the process of making coffee.

After resting, the next day we were taken on an official tour of the hacienda, it was wonderful to see the coffee seeds that are selected and kept to replace any plant that may die due to a plague or some other incident, they explained how they take care of the plants, how they remove and select the beans, how they peel them and put them to roast, they explained the process step by step, while we toured the place that I fell in love with.

In the same way, another wonderful thing were the rooms in which we stayed, the sheets and linens, had delicate embroidery of coffee beans, cups and coffee plants, plus every morning without fail they took us to the room a delicious cup of coffee that every day was different American, late, cappuccino and so on until the cold ones, it was a whole experience of flavors.

Another pleasant and unforgettable experience was to visit the town, I knew why they called it the Coffee Paradise, the houses and places had been designed in such a way that everything was related to coffee, the facades and buildings looked like cups, roasted coffee beans or pastries that we usually order on occasion to taste while drinking coffee.

In all the cafeterias and restaurants the attention was first class and I did not know in all the time I was there what it was like to pay for a cup of coffee and also in some places if we prove that we were staying at the hacienda they give you key chains, flannel shirts and more everything related to coffee.

Not to mention the amount of clothes and accessories that I could buy, I wanted to take everything, but what I definitely fell in love with and obviously did not think twice to buy was a beautiful apron printed with various motifs related to coffee.

As a farewell gift, they gave us a kilo of premium roasted coffee to grind at home, a personalized mug and also a beautiful decorated cooler, so that even when I hydrate myself with water, I won't forget the coffee, as if forgetting it were possible, just as I won't forget the beautiful vacation days in this beautiful place where everything revolves around coffee.
