I just had to make a quick post in celebration of 3 years of Beer Saturday, following this anniversary post by @detlev.

I had some left over white bread flour I bought a year ago which I used for a few batches of muffins, it needed using up, and I made an error in not buying bread today, so I had to make my own.
I had quite a nice evening, post my daily chores I spent the early evening listening to two @mspwaves radio shows with @makinstuff and @crimsonclad, all the time my bread in various stages of rising, proving and baking.
No breadmaker meant by hand. After ten mins of kneading, I added a few seeds...
After first rise (one hour)...
And proving (another hour!)...
(Could have done with a bit longer, but it's not that warm today!)
And after baking...
Maybe a little disappointing, I should have put the dough in one tin, it's been a long time since I baked bread, more than 2 years!
Still, looks good with butter...
Or at least marge, slightly blurred photo as I'm quite excited about eating!
And tastes great, warm with another beer!
And it's something for me to eat now and 2mo morning to help soak up the pints I've drunken tonight!
Proof of Proove, is that a new blockchain concept?
