Esta ha sido otra genial semana para la búsqueda de hongos, ya que dimos con tres variedades preciosas, una de ellas es esta conocida con el nombre ¨Schizophyllum¨commune¨:  son de esos hongos que se desarrollan en superficie de ramas o troncos de árboles que se están descomponiendo

This has been another great week for mushroom hunting, as we found three beautiful varieties, one of them is this one known by the name ¨Schizophyllum¨commune¨:  they are one of those mushrooms that grow on the surface of branches or tree trunks that are decomposing

Estas son de esas variedades de hongos que se desarrollan en la corteza de madera, son conocidas con el nombre de ¨Junghuhnia¨:  o común mente llamados ¨hongos¨ de ¨cortezas¨

These are one of those varieties of fungi that develop in the bark of wood, they are known by the name ¨Junghuhnia¨:  or commonly called ¨bark fungi¨

Algo que tienen en común los tres hongos que hallamos, es que todos se desarrollan en la superficie de madera o tocón de árboles. Estos hongos los hallamos en una rama de un árbol que al parecer se había caído; son hongos realmente muy conocidos en gran parte del mundo, por la similitud de su forma se los llama ¨hongos¨oreja¨:  de los tres tipos de hongos que hallamos sin dudas debe ser el más conocido

Something that the three mushrooms we found have in common is that they all grow on the surface of wood or tree stumps. We found these mushrooms on a branch of a tree that had apparently fallen; They are really well-known mushrooms in much of the world, due to the similarity of their shape they are called ¨ear mushrooms¨:  of the three types of fungi that we found, it must undoubtedly be the best known

Estos hongos son conocidos y muy buscados por grandes ¨chef¨ del mundo que preparan exquisitas recetas con ellos. En nuestro caso en particular no cocinamos ¨hongos¨¨silvestres¨, pero si algún día probamos, sin dudas será esta especie de hongos. Como en todas las ¨cacerías¨ de ¨hongos¨, las tomas las hacemos con una ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨.

These mushrooms are well-known and highly sought after by great chefs around the world who prepare exquisite recipes with them. In our particular case, we do not cook wild mushrooms, but if we ever try them, it will undoubtedly be this species of mushroom. As in all mushroom hunts, we take the shots with a Nikon Coolpix B500.
