This just came in, from the organizers of the geoLjubljana 2020 geocaching event, May 30th 2020.

Slovenian Geocaching Club is announcing the postponement of the event which was due this May.

🇬🇧 Dear friends,

After thoughtful consideration of the current coronavirus situation and mid-term prospects, we have decided to postpone our event to June 5, 2021. While were wishing to meet and greet you in Ljubljana as soon as possible, the health and safety is our first priority. With much regret, we have to accept that delaying the event for a year at this time seems the best option to host it the way we originally intended it to be. We are inviting you to mark June 3 to June 6, 2021 on your calendar and join us at geoLjubljana 2021.

We know this is disappointing, but in these difficult times, we believe it's the right thing to do. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We are wishing you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy and we are looking forward to meeting you in June 2021.

nach sorgfältiger Prüfung der aktuellen Coronavirus-Situation und der mittelfristigen Aussichten haben wir beschlossen, unsere Veranstaltung auf den 5. Juni 2021 zu verschieben. Wir hatten so darauf gehofft, euch schon vorher in Ljubljana zu treffen und begrüßen, aber Gesundheit und Sicherheit haben für uns höchste Priorität. Mit großem Bedauern müssen wir daher akzeptieren, dass eine Verschiebung des Events um ein Jahr zu diesem Zeitpunkt die beste Option zu sein scheint, um die Veranstaltung so auszurichten, wie wir sie ursprünglich geplant hatten. Wir laden euch ein, den 3. bis 6. Juni 2021 in euren Kalender einzutragen und an geoLjubljana 2021 teilzunehmen.

Uns ist bewusst, dass es enttäuschend ist, aber wir glauben, dass es in diesen schwierigen Zeiten die richtige Entscheidung ist. Wir danken euch für euer Verständnis und eure Geduld.

Wir hoffen, dass ihr und eure Lieben gesund und munter seid und auch bleibt. Wir freuen uns darauf, euch im Juni 2021 in Ljubljana zu treffen!
