Yesterday things picked up a bit. It was my 6th day in this nice, Japanese jail and it snowed.

Now I don't know about you guys, but I fucking love the snow, except when people pee in it like this trucker who pulled over to take a piss.

Lucky for everyone, the snowfall was too light and it was too warm for the snow to stick. Instead it turned to water and washed all the nastiness away. Oh well, there's always Monday which the weather forecasters say it's gonna snow again.

Yesterday I also had a good conversation with boxcarblue@boxcarblue about NFTs. He isn't very familiar with them yet so it's nice to hear someone's perspective that doesn't have skin in the game.

While I explained to him what I am doing with my NFTs, trying to enable them with functionality and more dimensions than just a piece of art, not that just being a piece of art is bad. https://zempafy.com/@gion/listings/fb169a5e-d71d-4fd5-876d-b475fd3b2cdc

I also tried to convey that we really don't know the full spectrum of possibilities NFT's have to offer. For example a use case I recently came across thanks to this post, @bala41288/nfts-are-becoming-a-pass-to-attend-parties-and-clubs , says NFTs are being used for access to clubs & events. This is a cool idea in my opinion. I lived through the early raving days of the early 90's and collected flyers, which I appear to have lost. If those flyers were NFT tickets I would still have them.

Another example of an adding dimension to NFTs, I am working on an NFT project for Tokyo & California that will require users/players to actually go out and find the NFT. I hope it will inspire more people to do similar or create something entirely new.

Moving on, packed, reflected on some things and just tried to stay positive about getting out of jail Friday, today, and all the booze I will drink & steak I will eat once I am free.

A side note, these are some of the snacks I brought back for my family. Actually the Jelly Bellies are for me.

I know it's garbage, but you've gotta give children some fun in these dark times.

Speaking of crappy food, I have to say the food here has been fantastic. I think I've lost some weight just by eating these healthy bento's.

That's if for now. 10hrs to freedom and not a minute too soon!
