When I look back in my highschool years or the college years. I realize that most of the success in academics is knowing the right things at the right time. And you realize that it's game of the chase and keeping people behind. It's kind of like one shot if you can.
So how does being present at the right time works?

Being Present in Place of Opportunity
If you live in a village where you know 40 people live and make living out of each others bartering. You wont see the progress but the moment you move to the 20000 people and try to work in those places. You understand the meaning of the opportunity. That's why people being present in right place has a value.
Being Present to Take Decision in Right Time
You can get married or meet the right person to start family in specific amount of time. Once that zone comes out then you just marry for the sake of the companionship. And then being present in the right time doesn't matter anymore. So that's the value of time.
Being Prepared at the Right Time
You can have the opportunity and being present at the right time. But what if we are not prepared for the same? In that case that timing just goes away. So you have to find out how the being prepared for the right time and place often works when you work on it.
Being Patient at the Right Time till the End
Some of the times you get everything correct but your patience can change things too. So you have to be patient about what goes around you and you have to draw the line for having the patience for doing those things. You have to be patient till the end.
You can't get the most out of the life if your timing is not right. You would struggle and also feel the pain of not having the time in your side.
Conclusion
Time is the most valuable asset and being present to get the most out of it can make or break your life. So you have to work on the things that can get your timing right.
