On your marks... Get Set....

Our 6 week DreemPort Challenge is gearing up! We begin on MONDAY!!!

I mentioned in my last post how very important it is to assess the course that our lives are on. Often we set goals, and forget to check back on the progress. Little by little, we get derailed and lose focus.

It usually takes a good JOLT back to reality to set our feet back on the right path.

But what if we didn't have to learn the hard way? What if we just took the time to assess and adjust RIGHT NOW!

That's the focus of this 6 week DreemPort Challenge.

We are so excited about this that we want to give cumulative and progressive rewards. For this first upcoming week EVERYONE who enters the challenge and gets us excited about their 6 week goal by submitting their post next Friday will receive 100 tokens!

You will join in with all the other Dreemers, commit to completing simple daily tasks, and then report your weekly progress to the rest of us, by submitting your challenge post to DreemPort on Fridays!

Take the weekend off, and come back to check your results on Monday - to start fresh again!

Here is the chart that you'll be filling in and adding to your DreemPort Challenge post each Friday (starting next week)

Just go ahead and mark off each day that you've successfully completed the daily checklist.

We will start with Week 1

  • 5 minutes of meditation/breathing exercises or prayer

  • 32 ounces of water to drink! Drink your water, dreemers! (32 ounces a day for Week 1 only - we will increase this a bit each week)

  • 20 minutes of any physical activity you like!

  • 15 minutes dedicated to a special goal, your choice! We will be following your progress over the 6 weeks - so choose something that you've really been wanting to practice - and share it with us!

  • OTHER (this is optional - if you have something that you'd like to be accountable for, but would rather keep it private - you can just know use this space!)

  • Write a post and submit to Dreemport daily. We will be keeping track of this one - and giving out rewards for anyone who submits a post Monday-Friday on DreemPort!

You will add this little chart to your DreemPort Challenge Post submitted on FRIDAY! Add your initials or a checkmark or anything you like to the box at the bottom for the days you successfully completed the tasks! The Friday post is where you'll answer the WEEKLY QUESTION. Be sure so submit to DreemPort WITH your completed chart!

THE WEEKLY QUESTION TO BE ANSWERED FOR NEXT FRIDAY'S POST IS:

Question 1. What goal/ gift/ability/talent have you been procrastinating on developing? Tell us when you discovered this ability, and how you plan to grow this year (specifically the next 6 weeks). We really want to see the progress that you're making over the next 6 weeks - so be sure to give us photos, or videos, or samples of whatever you'll be sharing!
