Hey everyone. Is Saturday and it all about weekend experience. I won't be writing much but I will narrate. So today I went to the farm to harvest my Melon seed, it was a bit stressful to go through the process of washing the melon and also drying it in the sun.
Melon seed can be process in the form of soup. After you uproot the seed you will wash it and dry it in the sun then when you want to used the melon seed to prepare soup that is call Egusi soup also know as melon soup, you will pill out the body from the seed then after done with that, you take it to where you will ground it. Then after grounding the melon, you are good to go to used it to prepare your delicious Egusi soup.
