Yesterday was once again a plogging unit at the turn. At just after 7 p.m., I set off in the direction of the newly created bike path next to the new bypass. On the way there I jogged without interruption with an average pace of 5:43.
On the way back I was due to my left calf, which for whatever reason after about 15 minutes to made a little slower and the average pace was somewhere around the 6:20. In addition, I stopped a few times on my way back to collect garbage. Mostly I picked this up while jogging with a lunge, but that did not always work, especially since I also snapped a few pictures.
Here a FFP-2 mask almost right next to the path.
After 90% of the distance, both my pants pockets were bulging 😅.
Then, however, I still passed this popular place and saw immediately the overfilled trash can and also the water bottle on the gravel. Whether that was probably before in the trash can and was blown by the wind here or thrown there on purpose?
I then went to the trash can and on the one hand stuffed the trash that was lying next to it into my pants and also a few things, like the Fanta can, which actually belong in the yellow bag. Afterwards had absolutely nothing more in my trouser pockets place. I took the water bottle in my hand. It was only about 2-3 minutes to home.
Here's the result from just over 30 minutes of plogging. On the left, the trash I collected along the way. On the right, the bottle and the 3 things below it, what I took from the overflowing trash can.
And here the proper disposal in the yellow bag. The rest flew into the residual waste.
And last, a few sporting details. It was a pleasant basic aerobic workout. 32 minutes and 5km with only a few climbs. The yellow bars show the places where I picked up trash.
I recorded the data with my Garmin Fenix 6X Pro.
