- Vorspeise: gegrilltes Lachs-Camembert-Sandwich --> Rezept

English Version
Yesterday I jogged the route from last Saturday in the other direction, but skipped a small loop because I was running late and didn't want to be late for the barbecue.
There were, by the way:
- Appetizer: grilled salmon camembert sandwich --> recipe
- Main course: 1x beef steak 1x cheese sausage, a bit of spelt-herb butterbaquette in addition and quite a lot of farmer salad
- Dessert: NOTHING, I usually do without it anyway.
But now back to the topic, below the running route and most important data about it:
Of course I found - as so often - again rubbish in the forest and picked up. On Saturday I learned from @eddwood that this is called #Plogging.
Plocka" is the Swedish verb for picking up. If you combine the first three letters (plo) with the word "jogga" (Swedish for jogging), you get the word mix: "Plogga"; the active and more common form in Germany is "Plogging".

I must confess, I'm not a 100% Plogger according to their definition, because I have not yet put on extra gloves nor took garbage bags or anything else. I was simply with normal sports clothes (1x long in cool weather and 1x short in sunny warm weather) on the road and then stuffed the pants pockets etc. with the rubbish full 😅.
Not quite as much as usual, but I'd prefer it if every *** took their trash back and didn't just throw it anywhere.
I recorded the data with my Garmin Fenix 6X Pro.
