A veces los problemas, las ocupaciones y quehaceres son tantos que nos ocupan todo nuestro tiempo, siendo pocas o nulas las veces que nos detenemos a tomar un respiro, conectados con nosotros mismos y la naturaleza.
Sometimes the problems, occupations and chores are so many that occupy all our time, few times that we stop to take a breath, connect to ourselves and nature.
Vivimos tan conectados a los problemas, la tecnología, que tomar un momento solo para bajar nuestras resoluciones y respirar, en medio de los arboles, observando el mar, caminando en el parque, no esta permitido, creemos que mientras más ocupados mas productivos somos, ¡vaya cosa tan incierta!
We live so connected to problems, technology, that taking a moment just to download our solutions and breathe, in the middle of the trees, observing the sea, walking in the park, it is not allowed, we believe that the more busy we are the more productive we are, What an uncertain thing!

Entre nuestras agendas más apretadas deberíamos tener unos pocos minutos para conectar y respirar rodeados de la naturaleza. La carga de energía que genera se convierte en algo tan personal que cada persona siente diferente, es de esas cosas que solo se deben experimentar.
Among our tightest schedules we could have a few minutes to connect and breathe surrounded by nature. The charge of energy that it generates becomes something so personal that each person feels different, it is of those things that should only be experienced.
Escribo estas lineas recordando uno de los momentos mas bonitos y únicos que viví rodeada de naturaleza, sin tecnología, solo el correr del rió y canto de los pájaros, en un lugar escondido de mi país, acá les dejo unas foto.
