Espero que estén muy bien y que su día haya sido genial, me encontraba indagando en mi Instagram donde tengo mucho contenido de amor propio y positivismo, cuando de repente me tope con un reto de amor propio nuevo al cual no pude negarme!, considero que siempre pero siempre es bueno brindarse amor, darse tiempo, respirar un poco para consentirnos, darle un merecido descanso a nuestro cuerpo y mente que tanto hacen por nosotros y recordarles los valiosos que son, así que los invito a formar parte de este reto que consiste en 10 días de amor propio!
