Hello hivers, and happy Monday to you all! I hope you spent a nice, relaxed weekend. Yesterday here the rain was in pause for a couple of hours in the afternoon and so me and my hubby walked along the river close to our home to clean our minds and to move our "old bones".
Maybe you remember, during the past months, I took a lot of pics of some little ducks who are growing fast along that river. Me and Paolo love to watch them every time we can, we love especially to observe the Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos) and since some days those little ones became beautiful adults. It was easy to understand they became adult, because the head of the male ones became to be dark green (the female ones are simply brown). When they were young they use to stay all together, but after they became adults, they started to spend the most part of the time with thei "better half" and so new couples of them now are swimming on the river.
I had my camera with me and so I took some pics of them to share with you:
As you can see in the following pics, yesterday there was more than 1 couple in the same place and it was funny to see them while they seem to play on the water (after the rain the water of the river run fast):
