Six straight months of working out...

over 180 days without a single day missed.

So how did I do it ??

Just making it part of my day like eating and sleeping. That is probably the best way I can explain it.

Should I go for a year

of working out everyday ?? Why not try. I do not feel like stopping now. So if I can keep healthy I will go for it.
