I think many kids of my age like to visit the infamous Disney land. A wonder place to be. There is alwsys a different level of craziness and excitement to make up to this place. The excitement gets doubled when we come across something similar in real-life. As visiting Disney land is yet to be in reality, still I manage to take a sneak walkthrough into the magnificent castle.
Although, it was not in real, but it is very similar to bring the dream into reality.
The Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland is based on the Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, Germany, which was built in the late 19th century. The castle's Romanesque style, cylindrical towers, and turrets made it a perfect model for the Disney castle.
This is actually a Ganesh Puja pandal in my region. Ganesh Puja is a traditional way to worship Lord Ganesha during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival. It was celebrated woth lots on enthusiasm and passion. Especially in Mumbai, the western parts of India. But looking at this giant castle, I might be proved wrong, as this big castle is made far away from western India region. This shows the love and respect for Lord Ganesha.
During the festival, the streets come alive with vibrant processions. Many pandals were pandals are adorned with elaborate decorations, and the air is filled with prayers, music, and festive chants. This is one such pandals that comes up near my home. It was built and erceted in the way of the Disney castle. It is looking very similar, with organiser using the same shades of colour used in the original castle.
Rhe pandal has comes up right in middle of a shopping centre. The fornt of the pandal is very apealing with the way it was designed. This is only the entrance, while inside the temple , a big Ganesha idol was situated right in middle of the tent. There is enough space to accommodate 100 of visitors, who visits these pandals to offer prayers and respect.
It takes a lot of effort and cost to built such a huge structure. But such a theme to celebrate the festivel add more glamour and excitements to ocassion. Public from far off places visits these pandals to admire the temporary arvhitecture. I simply enjoy visiting the disney land.
