It has been 12 days of raining and it is really unusual to the desert. Compared to the past few years, we had rain but not too long as this time. Climate change is real. Anyway, I love it than the sandstorm attack every day.
Taken this picture when I was on the bank sending the remittances of my friends. I took my own risk to earn a little from this kind of hard work. It is one of my sidelines.
Since the covid19 pandemic arises, employers were afraid of sending their work to the bank. So I offered myself to do it since April with the help of my boss. Yesterday, I earned a little penny. It was not as easy as you think. I walked for 29 minutes going to the bank Qs and vice verse. So a total of almost 1 hour of walking alone. The sky was cloudy with no wind blew around and felt the humidity in the atmosphere. I preferred walking than riding a car from a stranger. Even if I knew the driver, I will not take my risk. It's bad in the eyes of many people. So, I sacrificed walking but happy and so grateful for taking pictures along the way.
Looking up the sky, it was almost raining but thank God, I arrived at the house before the raindrops.
My place is located on the very far unseen part, at the end of the picture. I didn't want to see it and kept my eyes on my steps moving forward to avoid stress.
There was no car side by side so I took my picture at the center of the left lane.
Enjoy my day taking pictures when I was on the center island under the palm tree. I felt so beautiful and my sublime feeling was so considerate while walking.
My moringa outside the house is now blooming. The leaves look healthy better than before.
I arrived home safely and sound good. I was so grateful that I am able to do what was good for my needy friends.
Upon my arrival inside the house, I saw some birds in the window. Every day there's an additional number of birds visiting there and it made us happy.
Aside from the tiny birds who are happily taking their food and water, this lonely pigeon never had visited the rice we prepared for them all. The dove visited there with those tiny gray and yellow chirping birds but this pigeon is a loner and never eats rice or water.
Then I turned feeding myself with the fruits on the table. There's no one who loves the fruit here and it's only me. Before I become rotten, I ate and made it a juice or smoothie.
Different kinds of fruits that made me healthy. I just imagine my family back home and there are so many people who never taste of this kind. No word is enough to describe the happiness for all the blessings that God has given to me. I am still lucky compared to all miserable people around.
All these things shall be added unto you too. God is good all the time. Let us rejoice His name every day not just during Sunday. God bless us all!
