Hola amigos de Hive, deseando que todos se encuentren bien Les traigo un nuevo blog, espero que les agrade
Después de un merecido descanso por la jornada laboral del año pasado , mis compañeros y yo estamos de regreso al trabajo, vivo en San Cristóbal Venezuela pero trabajo en Cúcuta Colombia.
Mis compañeros todos son colombianos, nos llevamos muy bien, el buen compañerismo es importante en el trabajo eso da una buena comunicación laboral y personal, es desagradable trabajar en un ambiente donde hayan compañeros problemáticos y de poco acuerdo con los demás. Este no es nuestro caso, todos somos amables, gentiles, de buen carácter, comunicativos, el compartir no se escapa de nosotros, una galleta, un refresco o un café en unos minutos de descanso es algo que hacemos a diario y lo disfrutamos entre chistes y risas
VACACIONES
Como todos saben, la mayoría de las personas toman un descanso laboral a final de año en el caso de nosotros que trabajamos con ropa es decir confeccionamos prendas en jeans como pantalones de damas, caballeros, y niños las vacaciones ball descanso es un poco más corto, porque?, Porque justamente cómo es ropa y es casi fin de año los pedidos van en aumento y hay que satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes para que ellos puedan hacer sus ventas.
Hacemos nuestros trabajo con amor y esmero y estoy segura de que los clientes están agradecidos por nuestra labor, se tiene que trabajar muchas horas Ya que en esa fecha que casi el año culmina estamos algo cansados por toda la jornada de trabajo durante todo el año y solo queremos culminar con el trabajo y tomar unas merecidas vacaciones
CADA QUIEN A SU CASA
Bueno se hace la despedida entre compañeros y patrones nos despedimos deseando que el próximo año sea mejor que descansemos y disfrutemos de nuestros familiares, yo pasé unos días con mi hija, los nietos y su esposo, la pasamos muy bien, pero llegó la hora de regresar a casa .
Estando en mi casa y disfrutando de mis vacaciones, pasó el tiempo y en un cerrar y abrir de ojos llegó el momento del regreso al trabajo
DIOS!
Es impresionante cómo pasa el tiempo, y es que es tan corto qué no da tiempo de nada y uno dice Dios! Acabo de tomar mis vacaciones y ya tengo que volver al trabajo , no puede ser! Para nadie es un secreto que en Venezuela la cosa está algo ruda y que el dinero no alcanza para nada, qué no hay que dormirse en Los laureles , así que empecé a llamar al trabajo a ver cuándo comenzábamos a trabajar.
la jefa me respondió que en el transcurso de la semana empezamos a trabajar,en Colombia por lo general las fábricas de ropa de Jean casi siempre comienzan por los meses de marzo o abril pero después que llegó la pandemia y con ella la larga espera a trabajar y el cambio que dio el mundo ya estar mucho tiempo sin producir no es favorable para el mundo textil.
PRIORIDAD
La fabricación de prendas de vestir no era una prioridad en medio de una pandemia que estaba azotando al mundo, mucha gente quedó sin empleo y con las manos atadas fue fuerte y desesperante ya no era solamente la crisis sino la desesperación del qué hacer en medio de un encierro pero nada dura para siempre y el sol sale para todos. En cuánto las aguas se calmaron un poco y las empresas y talleres retomaron sus funciones comerciales todo empezó a fluir con más velocidad y los talleres que empezaban a fabricar a casi mediados de año ahora se empieza a principio de año o al segundo mes del año,Colombia ha tomado el tiempo es sus manos y como dice el dicho para luego es tarde para empezar a trabajar
DE REGRESO AL TRABAJO
He regresado a mi trabajo y soy feliz por ello vuelven a mí las esperanzas y los sueños por lograr lo deseado aunque con el alma partida por dejar nuevamente mi país que tanto amo y en el a personas queridas, pero este país me ha dado la oportunidad de tener ingresos qué en mi país se me hace algo difícil de obtener.
bueno llegó el momento de encender las máquinas y empezar a cocer a trabajar con ánimo y muchas ganas a decir que este año sea mejor que el pasado a que Dios nos dé mucha vida y salud y fortaleza y mucha sabiduría , para mí trabajar es algo muy agradable no hay cansancio ni pesadez me fastidió al momento de trabajar, el trabajar es algo que todo humano debe hacer, es parte de la vida, no es lo que nos mantiene vivos , puesto que lo que nos mantiene vivos es el aire, el agua, y los alimentos, pero el trabajar es lo que hacemos para mantener nuestras necesidades, las que todos conocemos, pero también nos ayuda a crecer como personas, cómo sería el mundo si las personas no trabajarán, no lo puedo imaginar!desde que el mundo es mundo la gente siempre ha trabajado desde la época más antigua hasta la moderna y las otras épocas que vendrán siempre existirá el trabajo
Bueno, concluyó en decir que no debemos renegar ni enojarnos por algo que es parte de cada uno de nosotros qué es el trabajo y más bien dar gracias a Dios de que tenemos trabajo, que cada vez día tras día que regresemos a nuestro puesto de trabajo hay que hacerlo con amor con dedicación con confianza en nosotros mismos

After a well deserved break from the workday last year, my colleagues and I are back to work, I live in San Cristobal Venezuela but work in Cucuta Colombia.
My colleagues are all Colombians, we get along very well, good fellowship is important at work that gives a good work and personal communication, it is unpleasant to work in an environment where there are problematic colleagues and little agreement with others. This is not our case, we are all kind, gentle, good-natured, communicative, sharing does not escape us, a cookie, a soda or a coffee in a few minutes break is something we do every day and we enjoy it between jokes and laughter.
VACATION
As everyone knows, most people take a break from work at the end of the year in the case of us who work with clothing that is to say we make garments in jeans as pants for ladies, men, and children the ball vacation break is a little shorter, because? Because just how is clothing and is almost the end of the year orders are increasing and we must meet the needs of customers so they can make their sales.
We do our work with love and care and I am sure that customers are grateful for our work, we have to work long hours because at that time that almost the year ends we are a little tired for all the workday throughout the year and we just want to finish the job and take a well deserved vacation.
EVERYONE GOES HOME
Well the farewell is done between colleagues and employers we said goodbye wishing that next year will be better than rest and enjoy our families, I spent a few days with my daughter, grandchildren and her husband, we had a great time, but it was time to return home.
Being at home and enjoying my vacation, time went by and in the blink of an eye it was time to go back to work.
GOD!
It's amazing how time passes, and it's so short that it doesn't give time for anything and you say God! I just took my vacation and now I have to go back to work, it can't be! It is no secret that in Venezuela things are a bit tough and that money is not enough for anything, so I started to call work to see when we would start working.
The boss told me that in the course of the week we started to work, in Colombia usually the Jean clothing factories almost always start in March or April but after the pandemic came and with it the long wait to work and the change that gave the world and be a long time without producing is not favorable for the textile world.
PRIORITY
Garment manufacturing was not a priority in the midst of a pandemic that was sweeping the world, many people were left unemployed and with their hands tied was strong and desperate and it was not only the crisis but the desperation of what to do in the midst of a confinement but nothing lasts forever and the sun rises for everyone. As soon as the waters calmed down a little and the companies and workshops resumed their commercial functions everything began to flow faster and the workshops that started to manufacture almost in the middle of the year now start at the beginning of the year or the second month of the year, Colombia has taken the time in its hands and as the saying goes it is too late to start working.
BACK TO WORK
I have returned to my job and I am happy because of it the hopes and dreams come back to me to achieve the desired although with the broken soul to leave again my country that I love so much and in it to dear people, but this country has given me the opportunity to have income what in my country is something difficult to obtain.
Well, the time has come to turn on the machines and start cooking to work with courage and a lot of desire to say that this year will be better than the past that God will give us a lot of life and health and strength and a lot of wisdom, for me working is something very pleasant there is no tiredness or heaviness I was annoyed at the time of working, working is something that every human must do, it is part of life, it is not what keeps us alive, since what keeps us alive is air, water, and food, but working is what we do to maintain our needs, which we all know, but it also helps us grow as people, what would the world be like if people did not work, I can not imagine! since the world is world people have always worked from the most ancient times to the modern times and the other times to come there will always be work.
Well, he concluded by saying that we should not deny or get angry for something that is part of each one of us, what is work, and rather thank God that we have work, that every time day after day that we return to our work place we should do it with love, dedication and confidence in ourselves.
