Rhubarb Juice

Recipe:

  • 1 kg of rhubarb
  • 1 l of water
  • 1 l of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cardamom

Boil the rhubarb in a 3 liter kettle. Add sugar and cardamom. Let the sugar melt. Let the juice cool down for a bit. Strain off the juice and bottle it.

Water down the juice according to taste when serving it.

Very simple and devastatingly good!
