Cómo saben estamos en temporada de mango 🥭 y a mi me encantan ellos ... Hay una inmensa variedad de esta fruta y a mi me gustan todos, igualmente se hace una gran variedad de dulces con los mangos como la jalea,salsas carato (jugo) con el mango verde , helados (tetas) entre otras cosas... Jajaja, pero hay uno en especial que en el Estado Sucre le dicen mango dudu es muy sabroso , yo agarro unos dos o tres mangos los lavo bien y los pongo en el congelador y me los como fríos son sabrosos , y hoy domingo me regalaron unos maduritos y los agarre e hice un rico jugo para acompañar mi delicioso almuerzo 😋😋.

Hahaha, but there is one in particular that in the state of Sucre is called mango dudu is very tasty, I grab about two or three mangoes I wash them well and put them in the freezer and I eat them cold are tasty, and today Sunday I got some ripe ones and I grabbed them and made a delicious juice to accompany my delicious lunch 😋😋.

Procedimiento
Pelé los mangos los corte sacando la pulpa, los coloque en la licuadora le agregué la vainilla y licue muy bien, luego Cole le agregué hielo y no fue necesario agregar azúcar ya que ellos son dulces, serví mi almuerzo el cual fué ensalada cocida de zanahoria, papas y remolacha , sardinas frescas frita , la sardina también está de temporada y arepa asada 😋😋, de verdad que fue un delicioso almuerzo.
Procedure
