Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive el día de hoy cumplo 6 meses de haberme graduado de Medico y quería compartir un poco con ustedes sobre lo que han sido algunas de mis experiencias como médico hasta ahora. La verdad es que me siento muy feliz de poder trabajar ayudando a los demás con algo tan importante como es la salud, aparte de esto también es impresionante la gran cantidad de experiencias que he podido vivir dentro del Hospital sinceramente para mí es un orgullo el poder servir a las personas y ayudarlas cuando más lo necesitan.

Hello friends of the Hive community, today I celebrate 6 months of having graduated as a doctor and I wanted to share with you a little about what have been some of my experiences as a doctor so far. The truth is that I feel very happy to be able to work helping others with something as important as health, apart from this is also impressive the large number of experiences that I have been able to live within the Hospital sincerely for me is a pride to serve people and help them when they need it most.

Mi vocación por esta hermosa carrera empezó desde muy pequeño ya que mi padre y mi abuelo son médicos y por esta razón he estado involucrado en este mundo desde siempre, desde pequeño siempre tuve curiosidad por la medicina y por supuesto mi padre y mi abuelo siempre me alentaron a que me convirtiera en Medico, además de esto siempre he tenido la vocación de ayudar y por eso desde muy pequeño estuve decidido en que quería hacer con mi vida!

My vocation for this beautiful career began at a very young age since my father and grandfather are doctors and for this reason I have always been involved in this world, since I was a child I have always been curious about medicine and of course my father and grandfather always encouraged me to become a doctor, besides this I have always had the vocation to help and that's why since I was very young I was determined in what I wanted to do with my life!

La Universidad para mí fue un gran reto ya que tuve que irme lejos de casa a estudiar pero la verdad fue una de las mejores experiencias que he vivido y donde tuve la oportunidad de conocer grandes amigos y también tuve la suerte de conocer a mi novia ahi, estudie en la Universidad Francisco de Miranda en Coro Venezuela pero justo al graduarme decidí seguir mi destino profesional en Buenos Aires Argentina y es donde actualmente me encuentro.

The college for me was a great challenge since I had to go far away from home to study but the truth is that it was one of the best experiences I have lived and where I had the opportunity to meet great friends and I was also lucky to meet my girlfriend there. I studied at the Universidad Francisco de Miranda in Coro Venezuela but right after graduating I decided to follow my professional destiny in Buenos Aires Argentina and that is where I am now.

Al llegar a Argentina, poco tiempo despues empecé a trabajar en un pequeño hospital que está a pocos kilómetros de mi casa como médico general, aquí he aprendido mucho, también he realizado actividades caritativas donde entre varios compañeros de trabajo hemos realizado consultas y actividades dirigidas a las personas más necesitadas de nuestra ciudad, esto me ha permitido conocer mejor el país y la cultura que es tan importante. El Hospital está lleno de acción y de situaciones inesperadas, desde que llego hasta que me voy, no paro de atender pacientes y la verdad en algún punto puede llegar a ser abrumante por la gran cantidad de trabajo que puede haber en un día común sin embargo lo asumo de la mejor manera ya que gracias a estos pacientes yo he podido cada vez aprender más y mejorar los conocimientos y las técnicas. Además de esto el Hospital me ha regalado la oportunidad de trabajar con excelentes personas con las cuales he hecho gran amistad, por todo esto para mí el Hospital es uno de mis lugares favoritos y disfruto verdaderamente de lo que hago!!

When I arrived in Argentina, shortly after I started working in a small hospital that is a few kilometers from my home as a general practitioner, here I have learned a lot, I have also made charitable activities where among several coworkers we have made visits and activities aimed at the most needy people of our city, this has allowed me to know better the country and culture that is so important. The Hospital is full of action and unexpected situations, since I arrive until I leave, I do not stop attending patients and the truth at some point can become overwhelming by the large amount of work that can be in an ordinary day, however I assume it in the best way because thanks to these patients I have been able to learn more and more and improve knowledge and techniques. In addition to this, the Hospital has given me the opportunity to work with excellent people with whom I have made great friendships, so for me the Hospital is one of my favorite places and I really enjoy what I do!

El hecho de trabajar en un país diferente a mi país natal ha sido todo un reto ya que por más que es el mismo idioma, existen barreras culturales además de diferentes acentos y palabras a las cuales me he tenido que habituar en orden de poder establecer una buena relación con mis pacientes sin embargo no es algo que me moleste tanto ya que me he adaptado de muy buena forma a esta nueva cultura y costumbres. Me siento muy feliz de todo lo que he conseguido hasta ahora sin embargo no he alcanzado mi meta aun ya que quiero hacer una especialización en Anestesiología para lo cual debo prepararme mucho aun y seguir aprendiendo, además debo presentar un examen llamado Concurso unificado que es el que me permitiría acceder a la especialización en este caso Anestesiología.

The fact of working in a country different from my native one has been a challenge because even though it is the same language, there are cultural barriers as well as different accents and words to which I have had to get used to in order to establish a good relationship with my patients, however it is not something that bothers me so much because I have adapted very well to this new culture and habits. I am very happy with everything I have achieved so far, however I have not reached my goal yet because I want to do a Specialization in Anesthesiology for which I still have to prepare myself a lot and keep learning, I must also take an exam called Unified Competition which is the one that would allow me to access the specialization in this case Anesthesiology.

En fin solo puedo estar agradecido por haber escogido una de las profesiones más lindas y nobles que existen que además me ha permitido tener el privilegio de entender el funcionamiento de una de las estructuras más complejas y perfectas que existen como lo es el cuerpo humano, además es una profesión que te da un montón de experiencias y anécdotas muy interesantes donde todos los días se aprende algo nuevo y nunca te aburres ya que cada paciente es un mundo y una historia totalmente diferente motivo por el cual jamás se cae en la monotonía, quiero seguir mejorando y aprendiendo cada día más de esta profesión que al día de hoy podría decir que es mi pasión.

I can only be grateful for choosing one of the most beautiful and noble professions that exist, which has also allowed me to have the privilege of understanding the functioning of one of the most complex and perfect structures that exist as is the human body, It is also a profession that gives you a lot of experiences and very interesting anecdotes where every day you learn something new and never get bored because each patient is a world and a totally different story which is why it never falls into monotony, I want to continue improving and learning more every day of this profession that today I can say that it is my passion.
