Saludos a toda esta gran familia que hace vida en esta plataforma de Hive, ya a 10 días de haber ingresado a la plataforma y de haberme no sólo leído las guías básicas sino también luego de haberme pasado por algunas comunidades y explorado tanto algunos post como algunos perfiles, de tal manera de llegar a tener una mejor comprensión de los lineamientos y el objetivo de esta maravillosa red social, me dispongo a realizar este post donde me presento a toda la comunidad. Espero que sea de su agrado.
Lo dividí en dos partes porque cada una toca dos aspectos diversos pero igual de importantes y complementarios, de tal manera, que la primera parte podemos decir trata sobre cómo llegué a Hive y la segunda, por qué estoy aquí.
Cómo llegué a Hive
En primer lugar, mi nombre es Jesús Alejos y soy de Venezuela. Al pensar titular las presentes líneas me pareció muy acertada la interrogación, ¿por qué Hive?, en el sentido de cuáles son los motivos personales por los cuales quiero pertenecer a esta familia. Al mismo tiempo que se los cuento, evidentemente me podrán conocer mejor (algo muy importante al forma parte de una comunidad), pero también conocerán un poco algo de la historia y el camino que me trajo hasta aquí. ¿Me acompañan?

I divided it into two parts because each one touches on two different but equally important and complementary aspects, in such a way that the first part we can say is about how I came to Hive and the second part, why I am here.
How I came to Hive
First of all, my name is Jesus Alejos and I am from Venezuela. When I thought of calling these lines, I thought it was very appropriate to ask why Hive, in the sense of what are the personal reasons why I want to belong to this family. At the same time as I tell you about them, you will obviously get to know me better (something very important as you are part of a community), but you will also get to know a little bit of the history and the path that brought me here. Will you accompany me?
Hace unos 3 años aproximadamente que vengo incursionando en el mundo del bitcoin y la blockchain. Mis primeros pasos fueron en las criptomonedas en cuanto tal, pero hace ya unos meses, me puse a indagar un poco más y me encontré que no es sólo el bitcoin ni las criptomonedas sino lo que hay detrás de ella, la tecnología que les da soporte: el blockchain.
Profundizando un poco más me encontré con el maravilloso mundo que significa esta tecnología, ya que transforma prácticamente la manera en la cual interactuamos no sólo con las cosas (que sería el caso del bitcoin, que nos ayuda a relacionarnos con el dinero, ya que por medio de él, intercambiamos valor monetario) sino entre nosotros.
For about 3 years I have been entering the world of bitcoin and blockchain. My first steps were in the cryptocurrencies as such, but a few months ago, I began to investigate a little more and I found that it is not only the bitcoin or cryptocurrencies but what is behind it, the technology that supports them: the blockchain.
Going a little deeper, I found out what a wonderful world this technology means, since it practically transforms the way we interact not only with things (which would be the case of bitcoin, which helps us relate to money, since through it, we exchange monetary value) but also with each other.
Vale acotar al respecto que también he comprendido con el estudio pero también con la reflexión personal y el compartir con otros amigos que la tecnología blockchain aún con sus bondades en sí no garantiza que mejoren las relaciones interpersonales, aunque sí nos puede ayudar a ir por eso camino.
Un ejemplo de ellos es la aplicación de blockchain al área de las redes sociales. Esta nos permite a través de determinadas dapps (=aplicaciones descentralizadas) construir relaciones dentro de una red que nos garantiza cosas maravillosas como: la seguridad de nuestros datos y la descentralización, lo cual nos permite entre otras cosas controlar verdaderamente la información que proporcionamos y tener la certeza que tenemos igualdad de oportunidades para hacernos presente en la comunidad.
Pues, bien en búsqueda de estas dapps para redes sociales y siguiendo la recomendación de una amiga (@yanirauseche) llegue aquí. Mi experiencia hasta este momento es que, aunque todavía estoy con grandes expectativas, ya que apenas estoy empezando y soy consciente no sólo que todavía hay cosas que desconozco sino también que Hive está todavía en sus primeros pasos, lo cual también es normal ya que apenas hace unos meses que se acaba de separar de Steem, y seguro estoy de que muchas cosas buenas se tienen en mente para implementar en el camino.
It is worth noting that I have also understood through study but also through personal reflection and sharing with other friends that blockchain technology, even with its goodness, does not guarantee that interpersonal relationships will improve, although it can help us to go that way.
An example of this is the application of blockchain to the area of social networks. This allows us through certain dapps (=decentralized applications) to build relationships within a network that guarantees us wonderful things like: the security of our data and decentralization, which allows us among other things to really control the information we provide and be sure that we have equal opportunities to be present in the community.
Well, in search of these dapps for social networks and following the recommendation of a friend (@yanirauseche) get here. My experience so far is that, although I'm still with great expectations, since I'm just starting and I'm aware not only that there are still things I don't know but also that Hive is still in its first steps, which is also normal since it's only been a few months since they just separated from Steem, and I'm sure that many good things are in mind to implement on the way.
Ahora bien, por ahora me encuentro muy emocionado y a gusto en esta gran familia, pero, ¿por qué? Si me has seguido hasta aquí, te invito a que ahora sí me acompañes a conocer cuáles son concretamente mis motivaciones personales por las cuáles incluso me encuentro escribiendo este post.
¿Por qué estoy aquí?
Es una plataforma basada en blockchain. Es lo que comentaba al principio pero que te lo resumo diciendo que estoy aquí porque considero se me valoriza, en el sentido más amplio de la palabra, el contenido que comparto, en efecto, puedo hablar sin temor a la censura sobre temas que me apasionan y que me recompensen por ello, no sólo en el sentido económico sino también humano, ya que la satisfacción de que siempre que seas respetuoso tu voz no sea silenciada y puedas ayudar a alguien, no tiene precio ¿acaso no es esto maravilloso?

Why I am here?
It's a platform based on blockchain. It's what I said at the beginning but I summarize it by saying that I'm here because I consider that the content I share is valued, in the broadest sense of the word. Indeed, I can speak without fear of censorship about topics that I love and that reward me for it, not only in the economic sense but also in the human sense, because the satisfaction that as long as you are respectful your voice is not silenced and you can help someone, is priceless.
Establecer nuevas, efectivas y afectivas relaciones sociales. Más allá de las recompensas, de lo que pueda compartir y del contenido que pueda disfrutar de los demás aquí en Hive, también es un excelente espacio donde puedo encontrarme con personas con una gran calidad humana.
Esto para mí, en definitiva, es lo más importante ya que en el mundo todos somos hermanos, al ser todos pertenecientes a una misma humanidad (¿o hay algún extraterrestre aquí leyéndome?) y esto para mí resulta fundamental, ya que Hive es entonces una oportunidad de encontrarme no con unos desconocidos ni tan sólo con unos amigos sino con una misma familia (¿le podríamos llamar tal vez, familia terráquea?)
To establish new, effective and affective social relationships. Beyond the rewards, what I can share and the content that I can enjoy with others here at Hive, it is also an excellent space where I can meet people with great human quality.
This is the most important thing for me, since we are all brothers and sisters in the world, since we all belong to the same humanity (or is there an alien here reading me?) and this is fundamental for me, since Hive is an opportunity to meet not with strangers or just with friends, but with the same family (could we call it, perhaps, Earth family?)
Aportar contenido de valor. Ahora bien, ¿en qué áreas nos vamos a encontrar? ¿Qué temáticas compartirás?, me podrás preguntar. Pues bien, te puedo responder que me apasiona la vida y todo lo bueno que ella nos presenta, por eso, todo contenido de valor y original que te pueda aportar lo haré lo mejor que pueda: emprendimiento, ciencia, curiosidades, experiencias de vida, entretenimiento, cultura, deporte, etc.
Lo haré, en principio, en español pero también, en la medida de mis posibilidades, iré publicando su traducción en inglés, de tal manera que mi propósito es poder presentar, por lo menos algunos textos multilenguaje, como este que estás leyendo en este momento.
Aquí también es importante que subraye también algo muy importante y es que como llegué a esta familia gracias al blockchain, una de las formas de agradecerle a la vida esta oportunidad que me dio será precisamente presentar temas relacionados a esta temática. Pero no sólo eso, ya que como soy sacerdote católico, uno de los contenidos constantes que te podré brindar es de espiritualidad, no una vacía, sino que te ayude a tu vida y crecimiento personal en todas las dimensiones posibles; así también todo lo concerniente a los valores humanos en general.

Here it is also important that I emphasize something very important and that is that since I came to this family thanks to the blockchain, one of the ways to thank life for this opportunity it gave me, will be precisely to present topics related to this theme. But not only that, since I am a Catholic priest, one of the constant contents that I will be able to offer you is spirituality, not an empty one, but one that will help you in your life and personal growth in all possible dimensions; so also everything that concerns human values in general.
