HOW TO MAKE CHIN CHIN

Its an another great day again
Am here to share how I and my lovely mom make CHIN CHIN, with everyone in this platform
Chin chin is one of fast foods everyone can buy and eat, either from shops or streets hooker. Chin chin is one of the things made from flour that i love to eat.

HERE material and ingredients to make CHIN CHIN:

  • FLOUR
  • SUGAR
  • BAKING POWDER
  • BUTTER
  • EGG
  • YEAST
  • MILK
  • ROLLER STICK OR BOTTLE
  • ROLLING BORED
  • TRAY.

THE PROCESS OR STEPS TO TAKE AND HOW TO MIX IT.

FIRST STEP 1:

Measure the quantity of the flour, turn it into a mixing bowl, then add SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, YEAST,Then mix it together very well.
After mixing than you then add butter, egg and the milk and mix it together very well till it all mix up together, you add little WATER to make it go well, when it getting strong in hand the you make use of plain wood bord and pestle to roll it so it will make it smooth and ground and nut in the flour.
After you are done with smoothing it then you slice the flour in the small sizes you want to make it, the more you are slicing it you add fresh flour to make it separate from each other.

STEP 2:

Put your frying pan on fire
Turn ground nut oil inside the frying pot and leave it for a while to make the oil hot very well.
If you see the oil is hot to the stage you start adding the mixe, cutted flour and fry it.
