Hello friends of @hive and @gems, for today I want to share this delicious recipe to prepare a delicious quesillo cake with the delicious citrus touch of the passion fruit. I was encouraged to do it very early to spend the day tasting this delicacy.

Flan Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup of condensed milk
1 cup of passion fruit syrup
1 cup of liquid milk
1 cup of sugar divided for the caramel and syrup.
Ingredients for the cake:
3 eggs
1 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup of passion fruit juice concentrate.
We liquefy the pulp of the passion fruit.
We make the syrup for the Flan with half a cup of the passion fruit juice concentrate and 3 tablespoons of sugar, we mount it in the jerky over low heat until it thickens.
To make the Flan, we pour the 3 eggs, the cup of condensed milk, and the cup of liquid milk into the blender until the ingredients are integrated.
Then we add the frozen passion fruit syrup and blend again.
We make our caramel with half a cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons of the passion fruit juice concentrate, we assemble it in the kitchen over low heat and wait for it to take on the caramel color, once the caramel is made we spread it all over our tray and let it rest for then pour our Flan mixture.
We place our Flan on a tray in a bain-marie, cover it with aluminum foil and take it to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ° until it sets a little and while we beat the cake.
For the cake, beat the 3 eggs until they double in size.
Then we add the oil and continue beating for 3 minutes.
Then we add the sugar and beat until completely incorporated.
Then we pour the wheat flour with half a teaspoon of baking powder, fill it with half a cup of milk and mix with a wooden spoon in an enveloping way until the flour is integrated.
We add the half cup of passion fruit juice and mix.
We remove the Flan from the oven already a little curdled and very carefully pour the mixture of the cake without hitting the Flan.
We cover again with the aluminum foil.
We return to the oven in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
And so it is our Flan Cake !! Pretty and rich 😋
