Hello, I am currently on Margarita Island, Venezuela. This time I am on Cerro Copei with some friends. We reached the summit.
This place is protected by park rangers and national guards. To enjoy this wonderful mountain, you have to follow the rules. I will mention some of them: No campfires, no camping, no littering, respect the fauna and flora (do not uproot plants, flowers, etc.). Do not harm or mistreat any animals.
It is important to follow these rules in order to keep the park in optimal conditions since it is the island's lung, with abundant vegetation and a diversity of animals that you might be lucky to see, such as birds and spider monkeys.
If you are not used to walking long distances, especially on steep terrain, you should go slowly and maintain a steady pace if you want to reach the summit. About halfway up, there is a spring where we can drink water. As we continue advancing, we can appreciate the beauty that the park offers.
When we arrive, it's nice to see everything clean and well taken care of. We should follow that example so that future tourists or local residents can enjoy this marvel, breathe pure air, and marvel at the stunning landscape.
Let's do tourism and take care of the environment, fauna, and flora so that they remain preserved and we can always enjoy these wonderful places.
The Cerro Copei National Park is open from 8 AM to 4 PM and is one of the places you must visit if you go to Margarita Island. It will leave you with marvelous memories.

Hola me encuentro en la isla de margarita venezuela, en esta ocasión estoy en el cerro copei, fui con unas amistades , llegamos a la cima.
Este esta protegido por guarda parques y guardias nacional, para poder disfrutar de esta maravillosa montaña tienes que cumplir las reglas, les nombrare algunas que que son: No debes hacer fogatas, no acampar, no dejar basura, respetar la fauna y la flora ( no arrancar matas, flores etc. ). No dañar, maltratar ningun animal.
Es importante mantener estas reglas para poder mantener en óptimas condiciones el parque ya que es un pulmon de la isla, tiene mucha vegetación, hay una diversidad de animales que si tienes suerte puedes ver, aves, monos machin, los monos son pequeños, pero estan en peligro de extinción igual las aves como un colibrí.
Si no estas acostumbrado o acostumbrada a caminar muchos y mas en una zona empinada debes ir despacio y mantener el paso, esto por si quieres llegar a la cima, casi a mitad de camino hay un manantial donde podemos beber, a medida que vamos avanzando podemos ver la belleza que nos da el parque.
Cuando llegamos no gusta ver que todo esta limpio cuidado por esta razon de emos seguir ese ejemplo para que los futuros turistas o mismos habitantes de la zona puedan disfrutar de esta maravilla, respirar haire puro, maravillarse la vista con tan hermoso paisaje.
Hagamos turismo, cuidemos los hambientes la fauna y la flora para que seantengan y siempre podamos disfrutar de estos maravillosos lugares.
El parque nacional Cerro copei esta abiertoto de 8AM a 4PM, es unos de los lugares que debes visitar si vas a la isla de margarita, no dejara maravillos recuerdos.
