Hello, community, congratullations for this initiative of opening a segment for songs of adoration and praise to our Creator Father, I wish to participate with a song that we sing in the church at the time of the Eucharist: "Love is Our Song."
It is a song whose message is to point out that, along with life, love is the greatest gift that God has given us and both (life and love) are for us to give another freely, just as we have received them. Not doing so is equivalent to wasting our lives. Perhaps what I am going to say will sound strange to you, but I am fully convinced that when we leave this life the only thing we will take with us will be what we have given
This song was composed and performed first by the group Kairoi (Greek word that means "time of salvation"), a Spanish musical group formed by Marist brothers and some friends and which has brought inspired songs to the liturgy of the Catholic Mass, with valuable lyrics and quality melodies.
Hola, comunidad, felicitaciones por esta iniciativa de abrir un segmento para cantos de adoración y alabanza a nuestro Padre Creador, deseo participar con un canto que entonamos en la iglesia en el momento de la Eucaristía: "El Amor es Nuestro Canto".
Es una canción cuyo mensaje es hacer notar que, junto con la vida, el amor es el regalo más grande que nos ha dado Dios y ambos (vida y amor) son para que los demos gratuitamente, tal como los hemos recibido. No hacerlo equivale a desperdiciar nuestra vida. Quizá lo que voy a decir les sonará extraño, pero estoy plenamente convencido que cuando nos vayamos de esta vida lo único que nos llevaremos será lo que hayamos dado
Este canto fue compuesto he interpretado primeramente por el grupo Kairoi (palabra griega que significa "tiempo de salvación") agrupación musical española formada por hermanos Maristas y algunos amigos y que ha traído a la liturgia de la Misa Católica cantos inspirados, con letras valiosas y melodías de calidad.
