Good afternoon everyone! How are you? I hope you are doing very, very well. Here are some more pictures from a trip we made to the province of San Luis for a very special carnival. 🤔
Este evento se realizaba una vez al año en la provincia de San Luis de la República Argentina. Allí iban invitadas las mejores comparsas de cada fiesta que se realizaba en diferentes provincias. Por ejemplo, se encontraba las de Gualeguaychú, las de Gualeguay, las de Corrientes, las de Misiones e incluso se invitaban a algunas comparsas de Río de Janeiro de Brasil.
This event was held once a year in the province of San Luis in Argentina. The best comparsas from each festival that took place in different provinces were invited. For example, there were those from Gualeguaychú, Gualeguay, Corrientes, Misiones and even some comparsas from Rio de Janeiro in Brazil were invited.
Por este motivo y porque San Luis es una belleza de provincia, es que decidimos ir toda la familia en un largo viaje de más de 800 km desde Buenos Aires. En este viaje no solo apreciamos la belleza de los paisajes de cada provincia, sino también la amabilidad de los lugareños de cada uno de estos rincones.
For this reason, and because San Luis is a beautiful province, we decided to go with the whole family on a long trip of more than 800 km from Buenos Aires. On this trip we not only appreciated the beauty of the landscapes of each province, but also the kindness of the locals in each of these corners.
En un hermoso corsódromo sobre una gran avenida se pudieron ver desfilar a cada una de las comparsas ganadoras y también que participaron en sus ciudades. Mi familia estaba dividida entre los que mantenían la cordura y los que se vuelven locos con los disfraces. 😁
In a beautiful corsódromo on a large avenue, each of the winning comparsas and those who participated in their cities could be seen parading. My family was divided between those who kept their sanity and those who went crazy with the costumes. 😁
Había momentos en donde parecía que los carruajes no iban a poder pasar por la calle por lo ancha y alta que eran. Aun así, todos pasaron sin ningún inconveniente y la fiesta fue total. Más de 6 horas ininterrumpidas de música, fiesta, alegría y baile.
Sin lugar a dudas, si te perdiste los carnavales de las demás provincias, no podés perderte este resumen único en la provincia de San Luis. 🥳
There were times when it seemed like the carriages weren't going to be able to get through the street because of how wide and high they were. Even so, they all got through without any problems and the party was total. More than 6 uninterrupted hours of music, partying, joy and dancing.
Without a doubt, if you missed the carnivals in the other provinces, you can't miss this unique summary in the province of San Luis. 🥳
