Good Friday for everyone!!! 🤗
Beautiful day in my city with a nice temperature and sun.
Today I’m going to share more photos and memories of my time in access control 😀.

The images speak for themselves. I always say that I loved creating a relaxed atmosphere in which we worked hard, but when we had to have time for leisure or rest, we had to have it.

I did not like the tactics and strategy that was applied in another building belonging to my same area. I wanted to make people want to come to work in my building, not by being a place of relaxation, but a place where the employee feels supported and content.

I thought that if the employee was happy, he would transmit that joy to the customer and serve him with better quality. And yes, it was like that. The performance of my co-workers increased every time they came to work at the entrances of the Ministry of Agriculture.

When supervisors met to rate our colleagues’ performance, they were always surprised why they worked better in my building than in theirs. And the answer was very simple…they were happy! 😉
