Lake Vida spillway, a truly spectacular place
Hello my dears,
If so far I've been sharing with you amazing photos from around the world, today it's time to share with you one of my spectacular places around the country.
Where exactly is this place?
This place is actually a lake, a lake that became very visited after tourists and curious people found out about the spillway on the lake, which at certain times of the year creates some unique images in Romania.
The lake is located in Luncasprie commune, Bihor county, a location quite close to where I live.
This* spillway* is an engineering creation that has the shape of a funnel, this funnel when the water level in the lake rises it takes water from the dam that exceeds a certain level.
This place should be visited every season (Romania has four seasons), because with the change of each season the color of the water changes, another factor that contributes that the color of the water changes depending on the season is the forest that surrounds the lake, here photo lovers can spend a whole day to capture the most beautiful photos.
