Many people who visit gyms want to have big and well-shaped arms. Triceps make up 2/3 of the arm. Today I'll show you a very nice exercise to achieve your goals - Lying Triceps kickback with both hands. Lie down on a bench and raise your elbows to the level of your body, then extend your hand from the elbow until it's completely straight. Do the movement with control. Do 4 sets of 10-12 reps.
