Milk Sponge # 🥞🥞

Good evening friends, tonight I will share the recipe for a layer of milk sponge cake.

the ingredients :

  • 250 grams of butter

  • 250 grams of planta margarine

  • 30 egg yolks

  • 250 grams of powdered sugar

  • 1 can of skim that has been boiled for a while

  • 50 grams of flour (if you don't want it to be too soft, you can add more flour to make 100 grams)

  • sufficiently Vanilla

How to make it

Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar with vanilla until fluffy then set aside.

Beat planta margarine and butter until soft.

Enter the flour little by little into the beaten egg yolks, stir until well blended and then add the margarine and butter that have been beaten little by little, stir until combined.

Enter a can of skim that has been boiled into the mixture earlier.

Prepare a 22x22 baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and given a parchment paper and the milk-coated dough is ready to be baked layer by layer.

Use shot glass until it's finished using the top fire and when it's finished, just burn it using the bottom fire to cook the bottom layer and the sides.

Notes when coating must be seen often so as not to burn. The longest layering each layer is 5 minutes.
