Happy Hivers Day to all Hivers. Today I started with the therapies for the problem I have with a knee specifically the right one and I also took advantage and told the therapist that I had pain in the cervical and a spur in the right foot. These therapies are being done in a CDI in the city of San Cristobal, in the upper part of the city. I was recommended that the Cubans there are experts in physical rehabilitation therapies. While I was waiting my turn to start the therapies, I was talking to several patients and they told me their anecdotes and how well they have felt with the rehabilitation, among them a man who had a stroke and could not walk and after several months he is now walking, I was surprised and admired. The place where they do the therapy is very cool and quiet, the attention and treatment is excellent, as well as the therapies. I started by placing current in both knees, then in the shoulders and ultrasound in the knee, tomorrow I place another type of therapy, that was what the therapist told me that I hope to recover and do to the letter the therapies that the doctor suggested. Feliz día de a todos los Hivers. El día de hoy comencé con las terapias para el problema que tengo con una rodilla específicamente la derecha y tambien aproveche y le dije a la terapista que tenia dolor en la cervical y un espolón en el pie derecho. Estas terapias me las están haciendo en un CDI de la ciudad de San Cristóbal, en la parte alta de la ciudad. Me recomendaron que allí los Cubanos son unos expertos en hacer terapias físicas de rehabilitación. Mientras estaba esperando mi turno para comenzar con las terapias ,estuve conversando con varios paciente y me contaron sus anécdotas y lo bien que se han sentido con la rehabilitación, entre esos un señor que le dio una Acv y no caminaba y después de varios meses ya esta caminando, me quede sorprendida y admirada. El sitio donde hacen las terapia es muy fresco y tranquilo, la atención y trato es excelente, así como los terapias. me empezaron colocando corriente en ambas rodillas, luego en los hombros y ultrasonido en la rodilla, mañana me colocan otro tipo de terapia, eso fue lo que me dijo la terapista que espero recupérame y hacer al pie de la letra la terapias que me sugirió el medico.
