In February, my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, it was our 8th. We went to Panglao as its the quickest place to go on the island. Panglao is two hours away from our town but before reaching our place of destination, we looked for a place to have lunch as our check-in time was at two in the afternoon and it was still pretty early.
We spotted a cafe along the road and it looked neat so we decided to pull over and check it out. It was indeed a cozy place with a white and wood theme. Then we realized, it has a resort at the back! We ordered food and asked if we could go check out the resort, the staff was really accommodating and the front desk even showed us to one of its rooms. I have a video of the tour and I will post that tomorrow.
It's a small resort but I really like these kinds of resorts, intimate and not too crowded. I enjoyed our short stay here, we got cool photos while at the poolside, and the rooms here are really nice, I already inquired and will surely consider this on our next stay in Panglao. I even thought of my parents when I saw the rooms.
As for the cafe, I was really delighted with their food, they were really good and the serving was quite generous as well! In fact, we loved it so much that we went back for lunch again the next day after we checked out from La Casa De Beatrice! I also shared here some of our portraits taken with the Fuji camera. I recommend this place, it would be best to come here before noontime as the serving time may take awhile especially if there are many customers!
