The last few after workout selfie posts I've uploaded here have been with the newer Orangetheory Fitness Coaches that Tiffany and I have worked out for as a couple. We are up to 209 Coaches and counting.
This morning we switched things up a bit. We have a set routine during the week, because of work and Tiffa's boys having to go to school, etc.
Today, the kids are home; because schools have been closed the last couple of days due to the hurricane. Although, Tiffany and I work today, we work from home. Nevertheless, we went to a later class, if you consider 6am later lol.
We usually workout at the 5am sessions or close to that time.
Today, we chose to go to Orangetheory Fitness Celebration and workout for Coach Slade who we hadn't worked out for since before the car accident.
He was happy to see us and is one of the nicest folks we have met in the OTF community.
Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community will always find a way to workout for those we consider extra special coaches.
