El día de hoy fue muy provechoso, asistimos al 1er Versus Aleatorio de los chicos de Street Workout Comunity en la ciudad de Maracay.
Tuve la compañía del Prof. Wuillian Aponte Director de Deportes, Cultura y Recreación del Instituto Aragueño de la Juventud (INSAJUV) dónde pudo observar de primera mano la capacidad de estos jóvenes atletas, también pudo conocer el sistema organización, el método de evaluación y puntajes, corroborando de forma directa el desarrollo del ejercicio 100% anaeróbico en dónde las destrezas se ponen de manifiesto en esta actividad. De igual forma @manuelramos fue quien dió los aportes necesarios junto a otros chicos de @streetworkoutcommunity para colocar en sintonía al Prof. Aponte, siendo este profesor del área de educación física y domina la disciplina deportiva del Karate Do, reconociendo el esfuerzo físico de los jóvenes participantes.
Queremos ayudar a seguir creciendo está actividad deportiva no federada, pero que es de gran valor para la juventud y su entorno social.

Today was very profitable, we attended the 1st Random Versus of the Street Workout Comunity kids in the city of Maracay.
I had the company of Prof. Wuillian Aponte Director of Sports, Culture and Recreation of the Instituto Aragueño de la Juventud (INSAJUV) where he could observe first hand the ability of these young athletes, also knowing the system organization of the activity, the method of evaluation and scores, corroborating directly the development of 100% anaerobic exercise where the skills are evident in this activity. Similarly @manuelramos was who gave the necessary contributions along with other guys from @streetworkoutcommunity to put in tune with Prof. Aponte, being this professor of physical education and dominates the sport discipline of Karate Do, recognizing the physical effort of the young participants.
We want to help to continue growing this non-federated sporting activity, but which is of great value to the youth and their social environment.
