Hoy se celebra el día Mundial de la Risa, ¿lo sabías…?
Este día se celebra con el objetivo de concientizar la importancia de sonreír, de reír, y el efecto que esto genera en nuestro organismo, lo positivo y beneficioso que puede resultar para el ser humano.
La risa suele ser una buena terapia, para relajar los músculos del rostro, para divertirnos y llenarnos de esa buena vibra, que tanto necesitamos, ojalá fuera asi siempre, que podamos reírnos de todo., de lo bueno, de lo malo, y dejar de complicarnos tanto, por todo lo que nos sucede, es allí donde recurrimos también a la risa falsa, pero risa es risa, y todo ayuda, lo importante es soltarlo.
Se supone que debe ser auténtica, original, pero igual la risa genuina, también puede tener sus buenos efectos, en nuestra salud.
Asi qué amigos, sea lo que sea, que estemos viviendo, no dejen de sonreír, como dicen por allí, después de la tormenta, llega la calma.
