"Hayashi Meshi" is one of the "Cup Meshi" series from Nissin Foods Corporation, famous for its cup ramen. "Meshi" means "rice" in Japanese.
Pour hot water and wait for 5 minutes ...
After 5 minutes, uncover and stir with a spoon. Mix well to dissolve the roux and make it ready to eat.
There are other "curry meshi" and others, but the curry was too spicy for me. I think "Hayashi Meshi" is very easy to eat.
Sometimes I feel like eating these instant foods. It may not be healthy to eat them too often, but sometimes it is good!

このところ、なぜか毎日眠くて眠くて・・・今日は父ちゃんが飲み会で晩御飯は要らないとのことだったので、夕食づくりを思いっきりサボることにしました。もう米も炊きたくない！
近所のミニスーパーでインスタント食品を買ってきて、それで済ませることにしました。子どもの分も。私は普段はあまりインスタント食品は食べませんが、絶対に食べない！と決めているわけではなく、時々頼ることもあります。流石に毎日これでは身体に悪そうだけど、たまにならいいんじゃないと思っています。一食432キロカロリーでなかなかですが、これでお腹一杯、大満足です。お湯を入れてグルグルするだけで温かいハヤシライスが食べられるなんて・・・日清食品すごい。
今日こそは早く寝ます。
