A couple of months ago I went to the beach for the weekend, one of the things I like to do the most is to enjoy the sun on the beach and to be able to swim in the sea... Another thing that I also enjoy a lot is to eat all the delicious things that the sea offers us, a fresh fried fish or a fish sancocho, mussels, octopus, squid, shrimp, crabs among many other delicacies, depending on the season they offer us at a very good price.
This time we were lucky enough to arrive just in the lobster fishing, one of the most delicious things that can offer us and that had long time without eating. So when we saw that they were offering it we ordered a couple of lobsters, here on this beach they prepare the lobsters in the simplest way possible because they do not serve it with the delicate butter that they usually use but they serve it cooked with lemon and this simplicity makes it taste delicious.
I really enjoyed this meal and my boyfriend loved it because he had not had the opportunity to try it before and he had his debut with a lobster prepared as simply as possible but delicious.
Hace un par de meses fui de fin de semana a la playa, una de las cosas que más me gusta hacer es disfrutar del sol en la playa y de poder bañarme en el mar... Otra cosa que también disfruto mucho es de comer todo lo delicioso que el mar nos ofrece, un pescado fresco frito o una sancocho de pescado, mejillones, pulpo, calamares, camarones, cangrejos entre otras tantas delicias, que dependiendo de la temporada nos ofrecen a un muy buen precio.
Está vez tuvimos la suerte de llegar justo en la pesca de langostas, una de la cosas más ricas que nos puede ofrecer y que tenía mucho tiempo sin comer. Así que al ver que la estaban ofreciendo pedimos un par de langostas, aquí en esta playa preparan las langostas de la forma más sencilla posible pues no la sirven con la delicada mantequilla que por lo general usan sino que la sirven cocida con limón y está simplicidad hace que sepa delicioso.
Yo disfruté muchísimo de esta comida y a mi novio le encantó pues el no había tenido la oportunidad de probarla antes y tuvo su debut con una langosta preparada lo más simple posible pero delicioso.
