The newest beef pares restaurant in my area, which serves the most reasonably priced beef pares in town, was featured in a previous blog article I made for the Foodies Bee Hive Community. As stated there, "Beef Pares" refers to a portion of braised beef stew from the Philippines that is served with garlic fried rice and a clear broth. I'll be sharing the Beef Pares Mami Noodles with you this time. It is made by two combined recipes: Beef Mami and Beef Pares. But I topped it with greens and a boiled egg. Although it is ideal for rainy days, I yearned for it even when it wasn't raining.
In the Philippines, I wish there were more restaurants or fast-food chains serving Beef Pares Mami Noodles.
