Today I will tell you about my trip to a cafe that provides thick Sanger coffee and delicious grilled chicken.
Sanger coffee is a blended coffee that is in great demand by people in my country, it is a mixture of coffee and sweetened condensed milk. Similar to milk coffee. But the difference is this drink has a composition of 3 to 1 between coffee and milk. The coffee must also be filtered coffee with a typical barista filter style, not using a coffee machine, let alone espresso.
Almost all coffee shops in my country provide this Acehnese-style coffee milk menu.
The price of this coffee is also very economical, very affordable for coffee connoisseurs, only Rp. 7,000 rupiah per cup. Or about 0.5 US dollars.
Then grilled chicken, it is one of everyone's favorite types of food in my country. Pieces of chicken thighs or breasts, tossed with various kinds of spices rich in typical Indonesian spices, and grilled to perfection. Served with various kinds of chili sauce and enjoyed with hot white rice.
Processed grilled chicken is similar to roasted chicken. But the two are different. Roasted chicken usually goes through a burning process without the need for charcoal or direct fire. It is cooked with the help of an oven. Meanwhile, grilled chicken is usually cooked directly over charcoal.
Oh, btw, the cafe that I visited is called "Sultan Selim" this cafe is one of the recommended places to drink coffee because it offers various types of processed coffee drinks. All coffee menus are served with the best quality and taste. So is the food.
There is something interesting about the name of this cafe, he was taken from the name of the Sultan of Turkey who was born on May 28, 1524. He served as the Sultan of the Ottoman Turks from 1566 to 1574 AD And he is the son of Sulaiman Al-Qanuni.
In September 1567, Sultan Salim II issued an order to conduct a large-scale military expedition to my country, following a petition from the Sultan of Aceh to Sultan Sulaiman who had died a year earlier. The petition asks Turkey for help to save my country, which continues to be massacred by the Portuguese
With this help, my country was able to attack the Portuguese in Malacca in 1568. On this basis, a monument was built to commemorate the services of the Sultan of Turkey.
