This is Bepina, one of my four dogs that followed me around back then. They all died some years ago. Not the same year.

Here you can see a pretty big mollusk trapped in the shallow coastal pool during the low tide. It's a sea slug and a pretty good swimmer.

The name of the species is Aplysia fasciata, commonly known as the mottled sea hare.

Here you can see a young, ant-mimicking nymph of the Himacerus mirmicoides, a predatory bug from the Nabidae family. In its adult stage, this insect looks considerably different. The bug was posing on my hand.

And that's it. This summer memory ends here. Have a good day, or night, wherever on the planet you are.

The photographs shown in this post were taken in August 2014. The days were long and hot. Life was easy and slow. Great times. That's all I can tell you, the pictures will continue the narration. Have a good viewing.

AS ALWAYS HERE ON HIVE, THE PHOTOGRAPHS ARE MY WORK.
