Hello everyone, today I wanted to share what my dear mother has prepared for me for breakfast, it was a pleasant surprise, something simple but very appetizing.
It's the kind of breakfast you expect to find in a hotel, and when you see it it looks like a gourmet dish, I don't know if I'm exaggerating.
The composition is very simple, on a rice cake, place some strawberry slices (which I have to say that they were sweet, since I usually find strawberries somewhat acidic, I don't know if it happens to you too) and as a final touch, a little chocolate syrup on top.
