Yesterday I spent most of the day in the square in my city.
There was an event where all the associations of the third sector (cultural promotion, social, volunteering) positioned themselves with a banquet to introduce themselves to the citizens and make themselves known.
They had already participated with the theatre last year and we tried to repeat ourselves. We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day, a lot of citizens poured into the streets of the centre (there was also another initiative that attracted a lot of public).
I had some flyers prepared for the winter season and the next project that we sold out. Now we hope they can bring people to the theatre or guided tours.
Some volunteers and students came to help us and help us. They are things that warm the heart it means that there is passion and interest. Friends have come to visit, but above all curious, strangers, fellow citizens.
The desire and hope is to take them to live a part of cities that they do not frequent. To make them leave the house, leave the sofas the telescreens and come to try something alive and vibrant.
We'll see from next week if it was useful. I sincerely hope so.
Ieri ho passato quasi tutta la giornata in piazza nella mia città.
C’era un evento dove tutte le associazioni del terzo settore (promozione culturale, sociale, volontariato) si posizionavano con un banchetto per presentarsi alla cittadinanza e farsi conoscere.
Avevano già partecipato con il teatro già lo scorso anno e abbiamo provato a ripeterci. Siamo stati benedetti da una bella giornata di sole, un sacco di cittadini si sono riversi per le strade del centro (c’era anche un’altra iniziativa che ha richiamato molto pubblico).
Avevo fatto preparare dei volantini per la stagione invernale e il prossimo progetto che abbiamo esaurito. Ora speriamo che possano portare gente a teatro o alle visite guidate.
Alcuni volontari e corsisti sono venuti a darci una mano e ad aiutarci. Sono cose che scaldano il cuore significa che c’è passione e interesse. Amici sono passati a trovare, ma soprattutto curiosi, sconosciuti, concittadini.
Il desiderio e la speranza è quella di portarli a vivere una parte di città che non frequentano. Di farli uscire di casa, lasciare i divani i teleschermi e venire a provare qualcosa di vivo e vibrante.
Vedremo già dalla settimana prossima se è servito a qualcosa. Io lo spero sinceramente.
