Black | Yin 🖤

They say black is beautiful.
But why?
Because it is a combination of all colors.

Black is Bubay

Bubay is a dog we got for our son. She is one of the many puppies of my sister-in-law's dog. When we went to their house to pick a puppy, there were only three of them left because the others were already taken by the neighbors who also wanted a dog.

We chose from one fluffy white and brown puppy, one short haired white dog and then there's Bubay with a bite on her neck. Turns out she is fighting with her siblings.

I chose Bubay.

She is black and short-haired and that's what we want to avoid a house full of dog hair. We just want a playmate for our son.

Here's Bubay relaxing after turning our front porch into a mess.

Another angle of a relaxing Bubay

Bubay loves running in the small hill near our house. So even after taking a bath, she would run away and come home messy.

But she is a good playmate. Our son loves to hug and cuddle her. She sometimes complain when our son squeezes her but she doesn't bite. She loves it even more when my son pillows on her belly.

We got her when she was 3 1/2 months old. When she turned six months, I had to have her spayed.
Others may have a strong opposition in having animals neutered but for me, I think this is best for her health and I don't want to risk another dog loss. Anyway, that's another story.

This is Bubay before her spay operation.

Here's she when I took her home after the operation. She is still groggy.

Right now, she has fully recovered and is happily wagging all the way when she sees us.

Black is yin as White is yang.

We can never appreciate the light without Black.

This is my entry to the Colors of Life contest of @lifescape-tribe.

I encourage @mama-ayn, @khen07 and @ehlle-07 to share their "black" stories too.

Good luck!
