Introducing a new way
In the past month or so, we have only had a single poker tournament here in Hive Poker.
This saw a few new faces and some renewed interest in the community, thank you for that!
Since then, I've been wanting to wait until the prizepool was of some interest again.
The reality is different, though.
If this will be the case for all tourneys, it may take too long in between each game we have. To guarantee more games, we are introducing the leaderboard-like structure already starting this week.
The points for each tournament...
will be calculated based on number of community subscribers, active users and pending rewards.
Active users is based on posts, comments and (maybe) upvotes/likes - at least that's what I understand is defining an active member.
When the exact point calculation for each tournament is determined completely, the next tournaments will be announced by @the-dealer.
There will be a minimum of 2 tournaments per week, but likely more.
