Blue of Ethiopia - Blue - TRAVEL CONTEST #271

Long time i didn't posted to this community and now with the announcement of the TRAVEL CONTEST #271 with the theme BLUE, it's right time for the double pitch - containing BLUE and TRAVEL photography in the same post on the same images.
Another exciting fact - today i leave my images in COLOR. Otherwise how can you recognize the BLUE, which is amazingly BLUE in Ethiopia, like nowhere else :-))))

Just as a reminder – I was very lucky to visit Ethiopia in March-April 2015, when I attended a small moviemakers team, filming in a few far and not too touristic places a documentary movie with the name “Jerusalem Dream” about deadly difficulties and obstacles during the long way of the Ethiopian Jews from Ethiopia to Israel.

But today my “story” is not about this movie. My photo story again about how colorful this country, and how happy and smiling people, even for sure, some of them are unaware of the existence of TV, smartphones and The World Wide Web. But this is another story.

The colors of the old but looks very fresh walls of the one floor houses builded along roadsides. The blue tuktuks, yellow-red-green-blue taxi and private cars. All available colors of umbrellas very popular in every time of day. not dull, very colorful clothes of women. t-shirts with all the football emblemas of the most popular football clubs on kids and teenagers.

And of course, the BLUE, which is the nail of our today post, is absolutely everywhere. The sky, the umbrellas, the cars, the tuktuks, the t-shirts and the plastic bottles.

It was too difficult for me to choose the "right" image for the contest itself. Seems like even now, when i choose one, i'm still not 100% sure about.

I think that it's my biggest post in terms of the amount of images posted together on Hive. I'm really sorry about this flooding, but i hope you stayed patient until the end of this long and colorful visual narrative. I promise to stay BW now for the long period of time :-)))
