Port Louis is the capital of the island of Mauritius (Indian Ocean). It is a busy city because of commerce. Narrow streets make traffic difficult. It may seem like there are too many cars, but many people ride either mopeds, scooters or bicycles. Much easier to park and get around when there is a queue and car traffic is at a standstill.
